The level and specialisation you choose in your
medical degree will determine the type of work you can do when you graduate. You need to decide whether you want to work with teeth, people, animals, or natural therapies – otherwise you can spend a lot of time studying at the wrong

If you want to work in alternative therapies, you can study at diploma level. But to be a doctor, dentist, surgeon or nurse you need an undergraduate degree and post-graduate research may be important as well.
You can study medicine around the world. In the US most students gain a pre-med undergraduate degree first, and then go to
medical school. In the UK the numbers of international students they can admit to
